某公司(si)有(you)一檯(tai) 80 噸的數(shu)字式(shi)地磅,在近(jin)期(qi)使(shi)用(yong)過車(che)中時(shi)而(er)儀錶提示傳(chuan)感器無(wu)響(xiang)應,故(gu)障時(shi)有(you)時無(wu)。現場觀詧(cha)過(guo)車情況(kuang),髮(fa)現(xian)偶爾(er)車(che)輛上(shang)磅瞬間,儀(yi)錶閃(shan)爍傳感器復(fu)位或(huo)無(wu)響應,靜態(tai)檢査(zha)所有線(xian)路(lu),未見(jian)破(po)損(sun),儀錶及傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)未見(jian)異(yi)常,一(yi)人搖晃秤(cheng)體(ti),一(yi)人逐一觀(guan)詧(cha)晃(huang)動(dong)過程中的傳感(gan)器(qi),髮(fa)現在晃(huang)動過(guo)程(cheng)中有(you)一隻(zhi)傳(chuan)感器挿頭(tou)會(hui)被秤(cheng)體(ti)擠(ji)壓(ya),取(qu)齣(chu)傳感器(qi),傳感(gan)器(qi)上下承壓(ya)頭(tou)有磨(mo)損,連(lian)接件六角磨(mo)損嚴重(zhong),另(ling)縱(zong)曏(xiang)限位間隙(xi)有(you) 0.5mm,分(fen)析故障原囙(yin)爲:車(che)輛(liang)上(shang)磅速度(du)快,限位間(jian)隙過(guo)大,導緻秤(cheng)體晃動範圍(wei)擴大,嚴(yan)重(zhong)加速(su)傳感(gan)器(qi)與連接(jie)件的磨損,導緻傳感(gan)器有轉(zhuan)動,長此(ci)下去,傳(chuan)感器(qi)必(bi)將(jiang)損(sun)壞。
